  • I returned an online item at the store within 7 days with the receipt. I was told I would see the credit in 7-10 days. A credit for HALF the amount appeared on my credit card and they mailed me a store credit for the other half, this was not wanted, explained or expected. I called customer service to complain and was told that they don't know why the store did this and that there is nothing that can be done. TERRIBLE customer service experience.
