  • If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. Scam scam scam. Many of my emails went unanswered, after I was given very vague instructions and sent follow up questions only to be ignored. HUGE waste of time and money. They charged me more than the cost of my ticket and did next to nothing. Never EVER again, I will personally deter anyone I can from going here. I've heard better things about Craig P. Kenney, so that's who I'll use in the future, should I need it. Beware, representatives from this company also like to reply back to negative reviews on Yelp and claim that they "are not sure if you used" their services, implying that negative reviewers are fake. Seeing this is absolutely insulting and infuriating, and deflects any sort of ownership or responsibility for dropping the ball. Highly unprofessional.
