  • The prices seem awfully high for basic dry cleaning. They charged me $12.50 to steam a dress that had never been worn. Make sure you ask for an estimate when you drop off your clothes here. I expected maybe $100 tops for 17 items and ended up being charged $200. Never again! I relocated from downtown Chicago which is a very expensive area and they did not even charge these outrageous rates.
