  • Took my iPhone 6s for a simple screen replacement, started talking to the manager and he started to bash other shops and swear up and down about their quality compared to other places. I come back to a phone with scratches all over the body from them trying to pry it open, a very cheap Chinese screen that didn't fit properly as well as have blemishes AND a loose home button that would move around. Turn on the phone and find multiple screen glitches on top of that. I tried talking to them but of course they try and defend their name by trying to blame it on me by saying the phone was already damaged AND bent, which is why the screen had such poor fitment. There were other customers in the store so he was easing his voice as he was defending himself all while putting blame on me so customers wouldn't leave. He offered me a cheap case and a cheap screen protector I could get at a dollar store to try and get me to give a good review and keep quiet. I rather fork up the extra money and send it directly to Apple for the repair in the future. Pretty bummed about what happened since I was promised genuine parts and quality work. Let's see if this gets deleted since all they seem to have is 5 star reviews UPDATE: I spoke with Daniel and he took care of my issues. I may have had trouble with the services I received but it was made up in customer satisfaction in the end.
