  • This place is horrible. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I work at a salon so I totally get no being able to please everyone... but I got my nails done on a Saturday. Acrylic with gel polish... By Sunday afternoon 4 nails chipped... No biggie right, it happens sometimes.. I go in to get them fixed and she rolls her eyes at me.. She says nothing. Asked her if we could just repolish expecting the same to happen to the others. Keep in mind I got acrylic with shellac on top ( rarely ever chips) I would have paid for the fix too but she said NO, and grabs my hand. She repolished 3 and I asked her to do the 4th and she says NO AGAIN? What do you mean no? I just paid you 60$ yesterday.... She said it's fine. I asked again and she said "why don't you go back to where you go before, you too picky" she said she wouldn't fix it and asked me why I came there? I simply said I was new to the area and if I'm spending 60$ on my nails I expect them to last longer than 2 days. She rolled her eyes and got up!!!!! Spend your money elsewhere... The way she spoke to me and looked at me was so judgmental and rude. She should lose her job, honestly. I get frustration in customer service but I went out of my way to be nice.. they just wanted my money for crappy work
