| - I've been going here since October 2015.
Your first time here will take a while, they have to make sure you understand what you're doing. You will read a manual and get examined by a on site Dr. You will also have to watch a video. After that, one of the ladies will take you to get your veins checked out and will give you a green, yellow or red card, So the staff that actually does the needle stick will know how easy it is to find your veins. You will then answer a series of questions up front on a computer, takes less than 5 minutes. From there you wait in line to go through your vitals (weight, BP, pulse, temperature). You do this every time. From here you go to get your plasma drawn. The first time can take about 3 hours, depending on how busy they are. After that it can take anywhere from an hour to maybe 3. It really all depends on how busy they are and how fast you go through your donation.
Kressa and Summer up front are absolutely amazing! Always smiling and happy!
Sandra, Jay, and Jeliska are amazing at the blood draws.
