This was a solid food option on our way from the hotel to the Belk Bowl.
The cafe was situated in a nice looking part of town, adjacent to a garden and had high ceilings and beautiful big glass windows.
Pizza was good, but certainly not spectacular. I guess it all depends on what kind of pizza you like. I tried both the Veggie and the Hawaiian. For better or worse, the sauce was not memorable. The pizza crust was thin, slightly crisp and of a good quality. Cheese was not too greasy or overpowering. Toppings seemed pretty fresh.
I really liked that it was a pizza place where you can get a beer as well. Though the selection left a bit to be desired.
Either way, I was sated, the food was a decent quality and Fuel completed the job of a much needed feeding.
