| - Customers? Who needs 'em...
So I called to inquire about getting a haircut on a Sunday afternoon.. A friendly lady invited me down and said they would take me in all the way up until 6. About 5:56 I called to say I was nearly there, and asked would they still be willing to take me in, and if so, I would take care of them with a extra good tip.. Yes, the same friendly lady said, just as long as I could make it by 6. No worries, almost there. I pulled up out front at 5:59, put my truck in park, walked right up, and the lady locked the door as I approached and turned out the open sign. "We're closed!" said the lady through the glass without even a HINT of regret. I had just driven 15 miles to get blown off like that? For a couple minutes I just sat in my truck, and watched the stylists socializing around the cash register.
I firmly believe people appreciate it when someone goes the extra mile for them, or even simply just doing what you promised. Not the case at Great Clips at Northcross. A complete waste of my time and fuel. As a potential first time customer, I was immensely disappointed.
