2018-05-12: Watts came and did the gopher elimination and they haven't come back in three weeks. They took care of the problem in a single visit. So far, good- so I am updating the review from 4-to-5 stars.
FYI: When I called to make the appointment, nobody answered the phone. They did eventually call back though.

I am revising my original review (preserved below) because I got a call from Mark (who sounds like he's an owner or partner), and was very friendly and helpful. He saw my poor review and moved me to the beginning of the callback queue. He called just a few minutes after I left the original review and was very, very apologetic.
The problem is gophers, and Mark explained thoroughly why the problem recurs and what can be done to remediate it for the long-term.
(original message): I am not (yet) a customer. I just wish they'd answer the phone or call me back. I called twice today, and left a message the second time. It's been well over an hour since my second call (and the message).
