  • ADT customer for several years. The old system was getting glitchy and called about getting a new panel and controller. ADT wanted to double the monitoring fee after installing new equipment. AVOID ADT there are cheaper monitoring services out there such as simply safe. Don't use ADT unless you want to spend $50 for motoring. Budget $25-30 for monitoring at another company.
