  • Where do I even begin... I came in with my mom and we both wanted to get acrylic nails. First of all their pricing on the website and in store said $30. I called beforehand to book an appointment and they said it would be no problem for us to get in at all. When we got there, the place was really busy. All the staff seemed extremely rushed and didn't really greet us politely. When the lady was doing our nails, she was extremely rushed and was working on me, my mom, and another client at the same time. Long story short, my nails looked absolutely horrible, they were all uneven, the polish was applied extremely poorly (you could see the lines from the brush strokes). After my mom and I were done the total ended up being $135 somehow, we questioned it but decided not to argue. It pretty much looked like I asked a 3 year old to paint my nails. I went back and asked for a refund because I just didn't even want these on my hands anymore. I was being as polite as anyone could be in this situation. The lady refused to take them off, yelled at me in a store full of clients, and pretty much forced me to let her redo it. Second time around it looks better, but the experience itself was terrible and I wish I was exaggerating. Please save yourself $100+ and do it yourself!!!
