  • I was soooooo ready to to be upset because my chargers all crapped the bed like Tim Cook when asked to give an engaging produce launch speech. Town Square apple where fast, pleasant and ready to assist. I was contemplating just switching over to the Note since i am eligible (and still might, we shall see.) I just bought two different chargers and power banks for my trip and this 9.1 update won't allow an update. I lost a day with a dead phone, $ wasted on chargers, and i am sure countless of beautiful women looking to hang out... The horror.... LOL. I know i should of never lost my charger that came with the phone a year and a half ago but i did. If they sold Tim Cook Officially Sanctioned chargers at gas stations or pharmacy's I would of bought that. Instead we have to buy aftermarket that in themselves are not cheap. This makes google and other options seem like they are consumer focused and Apple is Apple focused. They are lucky they have great team members on the ground like Mike from town square apple location. This is his and their 5 stars and not Apples. Thank you! Mark
