  • I would not recommend this service at all. The first time they cleaned they did a good job. The second time was awful. One of the top priorities I have is to clean the kitchen and bathroom floors to which they said they hand wash. After the second cleaning I noticed a spill that will still there and that the floors were completely dry. The representative said they dry as they go so that is why it looked dry. When I pointed out the spill that was still there they cleaned it. After they left I noticed another spot and wiped it with a towel only to find out the entire floor was still dirty. I called immediately and talked to Katie. She apologized and sent some coupons. You would think they would have sent someone to follow up or come back and do the job. I will not use them again.
