  • STAY CLEAR OFF THIS BUSINESS, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! TOTAL INCOMPETENCE, ABSOLUTE FAILURE, LACKING CONSUMER TRUST!!! Had the oil change done here a few months ago and the unfortunate unthinkable happened, it appears that my engine oil was over filled with not 1, not 2, but at least 3 quarts of motor oil and 3200 miles later that oil has turned to foam and has compromised my entire engine, the main bottom end barring/rod is done. Nothing is reversible needs a total engine replacement if not more!!! I'm at a complete loss of words here, not really because I got some choice words for the management staff and corporate officials because this is a total failure from an auto service business, they slowly murdered my car, and now I'm missing work and losing income, the unbelievable amount of stress and anxiety this is causing me is unbelievable!!! And this is only the beginning...? I'm still waiting on their call back to bring this to their attention and not to worry, all evidence is still in place where I originally discovered/acknowledged this matter of extreme and urgent concern! I'm not taking any chances on getting burned by this failure of a business, I will not be a pleasant individual to deal with after what has transpired. Now I need a rental car too which they will also be covering as well, the same luxury class too that I own and come accustomed to because they can take that eco-friendly compact crap and shove it!!!
