Here from out of town. Came i'm to purchase bubble wrap to get something i purchased back home safe. Went to check if the bubble wrap was enough and was told "you can't package that in the store"
Will never come here or any other UPS store again. Too many choices to deal with attitude. Fed Ex across the street was very polite when I was in there the day before. I should have gone back.
EDIT: The response from management was unacceptable. Instead of a rude, arrogant attitude perhaps you should immerse your employees in customer service skills. Try this, "I see your purchasing bubble wrap, we provide a service where we will wrap your package for you to ensure it arrives safely at its destination." I may not have accepted the service as I was pressed for time and not shipping my items -- just delivering them. But doesn't that sound much better than "you can't package that yourself inside the store".
So, I can package something on the sidewalk but not inside your store.
Guess what. I can go across the street to the Fed Ex store and ship my package. I can also go there for printing which i did the day before and they were very nice.
Rude. Presumptive. Arrogant. Assuming. Non-friendly. Lack of customer service. Bad business.
