Please read before booking!!! I needed cleaning for a move out. I scheduled them several days in advance and gave them a deposit (which they required (Never give a deposit on service work-wait to pay after the work is completed and u are satisfied with the work). I had to go to work but my husband was home. Long story short: the cleaner said they were waiting at the gates of the apt complete. Husband went out there n waited, no one was there. He is the one who had to contact them vs the cleaner or company calling to say they couldn't get in, so supposedly she left (now we were left with an apt that needed to be cleaned for the walk though the next day (too late to get someone else). The person I spoke to on the phone about this was not helpful at all. The next day I spoke to the owner who both her and her employee demonstrated their ability to lie. I was suppose to have 2 cleaners come and clean for 2 1/2 hours (total of 5 hours of work). So when I pointed out to the owner that both she and her employee referred to the cleaning lady who was "supposedly" there it was in singular. So when I told Venza that it was supposed to be 2 cleaner she said how did I know that there weren't 2 there. I told her that she referred to the cleaning lady as she not them when saying that she was there (obviously trying to lie to me to cover her tracks-I paid for 2 cleaners). I had to cancel my payment with credit card company to ensure they would not charge me for their no show. This is a shady company luckily I found a cleaning lady that will show up and not make for a gigantic time waste and delays costing resources.
