  • Bacchanal means a drunken or riotous celebration, and as a result this place is named perfectly. This buffet is pure gluttony. It's not the biggest buffet, and it's probably the most expensive ($49 per person), but the quality of food is Iron Chef level stuff. The carving board area alone is worth $50. The lamb chops are easily the best I have ever had in my life. The brisket was juicy and smoky. We had a co-worker from Texas with us and even he said the brisket was as good as he's ever had. They even had full slabs of smoked pork belly they carved into the thickest juiciest bacon you've ever seen. The seafood section had king crab legs, oysters on the half shell, scallops, ceviche, lobster bisque, and so on. The Chinese section had BBQ pork that was like candy, pork ribs with a crispy sweet glaze, dim sum, and authentic Peking duck. The Hispanic section had rotisserie crane asada and fresh grilled tortillas and homemade guacamole. I could go on and on. The desserts were off the charts as well. Gigantic chocolate dipped strawberries, French macarons, creme brûlée, mochi ice cream balls, gelato, pana cotta, tiramisu, etc. I still say the M resort buffet is the best value, but there is no question this is the best food I have ever had at a buffet, and might be some of the best food period. If you are a Caesars Rewards member, you can get $7 off, so that makes it even better. Despite dropping $50 each, we will be back soon.
