  • I called Bill about my oven working intermittently. He called me back 30 minutes later and had me do some quick troubleshooting. He also asked that I text him the model #. He texted be back shortly after and advised that the cost to repair would be $300 and even recommended due to the age of the oven I should probably replace. His job is to repair, yet he gave me advice that did not put money in his pocket. I really respect that honesty, it's hard to come by.
