| - I have been a customer ( a GOOD customer) for almost 20 years. I have purchased 2 AC units from this company and have referred family and friends to them. I have treated them very well over the years, i.e. feeding a beautiful homemade lunch to the crew after installing my new ac unit, referring new customers, being understanding of being put off due to their busy summer season and not being able to come out to my home . . . BUT . . . I am no longer able to be understanding of a situation that has now gone on for 4+ years. Upon installing my new ac unit in 2010, there has been a noise coming from the air vents. It sounds like pipes reverberating. This sound only happens when the weather is humid ( aka the Monsoon Season or SUMMER) their busiest time. One year after the problem arose, they came out to due my annual summer ac check up. It was May and the humidity was not present yet. They attempted to fix the problem, but it was still there. For 4 years now, I have been trying to get them out to fix it but THEY ARE TOO BUSY!! I was told by the owner that "HE WAS CRAZY BUSY" and my response to him was that I could really care less! He then proceeded to hang up on me and when I called him back he said he no longer was going to work with me!! I find this VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and EXTREMELY RUDE to treat a customer, as long as I have been with him, this way. I HAVE BEEN MORE THAN UNDERSTANDING AND WAITING FOR HIM TO TAKE CARE OF THIS PROBLEM . . . FOR 4+ YEARS!!! The OTHER VERY UNPROFESSIONAL thing he does is NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS. If you call him during the day, he will tell you that he has your number "on his board" and will call you later, and DOES NOT! I have also tried to be understanding of his schedule and told him to hang up and I would call back and leave a message for him on his voicemail, and HE STILL DOES NOT RETURN YOUR CALL!!! This is the way he has handled his business for as long as I can remember but I have let it slide for so long until I just cannot accept it any longer! I guess when his business was new and just starting out, he was hungry for business and would do whatever it took to take care of his customer. But now that he's much busier, he has the ability to pick or choose his customers and decides to let a good, long time customer, as myself, be put on the back burner, ignored, yelled at, and not be taken care of . . . I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED FOR THE VERY RUDE AND INSENSITIVE WAY HE HAS TREATED ME!! I thought he was different from the rest but, unfortunately, he is not. He NEVER fixed the problem that he caused after installing my new ac unit!!!. Shame on him !! I WOULD, MOST DEFINITELY, NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR AC/HEATING SERVICE! They are just too "crazy busy" to give caring, professional service and cannot handle the pressure !!!!!!!
