  • I have lived here for the last three years and I can't wait until my current lease is done. When I first moved in the maintenance crew was good and kept the place in good order however the crew now is lazy. The place is always dirty and things don't get fixed in a timely manner. They claim to do background checks on the residents and when I first moved there was a better class of people living here but as the good people have moved out a lower class of people have moved in. The police are at the complex at least once a week, there was a homicide in the last year and there are at least two drug dealers working out of the apartments. The management that was working there three years ago were on top on things and I never had issue with them however the current management is horrible. Hey lets be honest here if your situation limits where you can live then you can make due here but if you have any option then stay away.
