| - Great venue for watching a show, but it does have a lot of drawbacks. We went last night to see Dierks, and it was the hottest day of the year... And it's all outside. Water is more than an arm, but shy of a leg... I spent over $40 on water alone last night, which I dare say, is bullshit. Beer, I expect to pay a premium, but water? JHF... Also, the water was warm, they didn't anticipate the need to have cold water ready to go.
Cell phone service is non existent if you have Verizon. Not sure about other carriers, but good luck. I can't so much as send a text, so if you have a babysitter, let them know to call someone else in case of an emergency, as you may as well have left your phones in the car.
Pros- free parking, great sound everywhere, and country fans are the best!
Cons- no cell service, none. Beverage prices are outrageous, have a parking lot party and get buzzed before the show. If it's hot, you may die. The fans under the canopy just blow hot air on you, and in your eyes (think holding a hair dryer six inches away from your eyeballs, and kick it on high). It is in a dump of a neighborhood, and weeknight shows you better leave work early to get there...
Other than that, great place.
