  • Staying here for 10 nights and so far I can't fault it at all. We arrived late in the evening, there was a bit of a queue to check in but there were lots of staff available so it didn't take long. First impressions are lasting, pulling up at this massive themed castle hotel was fabulous. It really looks amazing. You can feel the bustle and atmosphere instantly as the casino floor is level with the check-in area. When we got to our room we were really impressed. It is much bigger than I expected, lovely tidy clean decor, really nice spacious bathroom, massive windows looking out to the castle turrets and comfy beds. We are in a Resort Tower Queen room. The cleaners have been in every day and the room is always spotless. There is so much in the hotel you could stay here forever! There is a spa, pool, foodcourt, buffet, shops, restaurants, shows, casino and more. It's great. Staff throughout the hotel have all been lovely and helpful. Having a fab stay :)
