I'm a regular customer of World Market, however I was very disappointed with customer service. As I walked in the store a cashier handed me a card for 15% off my purchase. One catch...you must send a text message to a number in order to get the discount. I texted to the number on my phone and it wouldn't go through. Frustrated, I told the cashier of my problem and she said she would help me. She tried and it still wouldn't work. She handed my phone back to me and said, sorry. Rang up my order and charged me full price. Good customer service would be honoring the discount offered to a customer. I don't know the name of the Manager, but would like to know what they will do for me to correct the situation before I contact Corporate.
