  • Had to get an oil change and tire rotation! Called the service line and talked to Jake! I had no appointment but he told me to come on down and he would fit me in! Now, Customer service to me is the most important aspect of anyone in customer related career! Jake is always professional, respectful, knowledgable, and honest! He advises me about the need for regular maintenance. He listens to my concerns and the requirements to maintain my warranty then prepares orders that describe the problem, the potential fixes needed, the time it takes to complete the repair and the estimated cost, broken down by labor and parts. I know it's a little more expensive going to a dealership for maintenance but the peace of mind knowing my truck is properly maintained and documented is nice! Jake is a great advisor and I always feel like I'm being taken care of! I would recommend using auto nation for any vehicle service!
