We stayed in a double queen Park Ave Deluxe room and I was impressed with the decor. Very classy all around, we had a corner room with windows on 2 sides on a high floor, so definitely had a nice view of the desert and the strip. Sheets were fine, which was a relief because I was most worried about getting horrible bedding. The towels however were awful. The room was large and my favorite touches were the IPod dock and fab. magnified lit mirror in the bathroom.
The casino is good for slots, if you are after poker/good table games, stay somewhere else.
I had brunch at Il Fornaio (Wonderful!) and America (Horrible!), both around $30.00 including one drink. There is a Starbucks in the casino which has good muffins and lattes for the bargain price of $7.00.
My only complaints are:
- The walls are too thin. Lucky we were not next to some crazy party room or anything, but both mornings I was woken up by the people in the next room discussing were to have breakfast.
- The bath tub had doors which did not make it relaxing to take a bath in.
