  • I don't know what happened here but this place has become very disorganized and slllllooooowwww. People have groceries and waiting over 10 minutes for a cup of coffee with one person ahead of you is just unacceptable. The new girl there was either not trained correctly or she just doesn't care and by her poor attitude and unfriendly demeanor I am guessing the latter. I watched her several times in the middle of making an order stop what she was doing and take other orders leaving hot coffee to get cold and of course forgetting what the heck she was doing. Never seen any other Starbucks do this and clearly makes it disorganized. And when the manager walks by twice and sees people waiting (the same people!), stops to have a chat and walks away without helping out tells you something as well. This is my 3rd and last time with the same girl and same problem. And they have nerve now to put a tip jar out. There are 4 other locations in the immediate area and will never purchase anything from this very disorganized and unappreciative Starbucks again. A perfect example of customer service at its worst.
