  • The UPS store on Hawthorne Ln has been my primary address since 2009. In that time this store has gone through a lot of changes... Both cosmetic and formulaic. The current owner and his staff run one of the better business that I encounter on a day-to-day basis. All of the staff members are courteous and knowledgeable. Regular customers like myself are treated like part of the family. I now live in South Carolina, but still use this UPS store for all the reasons above. I even had them print my last round of business cards... Which look fantastic by the way. Don't let the few negative Nancy's sway you from heading over to Hawthorne lane... If you look at their complaints, most of the issues they have are either self-induced or related to UPS Corporate's pricing structure. All small business owners should aspire to have an operation like this one.
