  • So excited to have found this gem of a studio. Took my 20 year old daughter for something fun to do together all I can say is Wow what a workout! The beginner workout was really tough but worth every ounce of energy, now I'm hooked! Amazing way to get in a killer workout while enjoying our time together. I'm super thrilled to know for certain we will see results from attending these amazing classes. The instructor was simply awesome ( never made us feel bad for not always being able to keep up or know the moves ) and was so encouraging throughout our first class. The whole staff was super sweet and the owner made us immediately feel like family, can't say anything but great things about this place! Having a great time getting my butt kicked into shape what a great feeling of accomplishment. Very much looking forward to returning often.
