rev:text	PRS property management is unprofessional and full of it. I have recently viewed two properties they oversee. Problem #1. The listed price for these rentals are way lower than what is expected to be paid monthly, if you view their website it lists hundreds of dollars of hidden fees. Not to mention a "redecorating fee" that is not refundable. It is against the tenant act to charge a tenant for normal wear and tear such as nail holes or replacing old carpet. That is the job of the owner. Problem #2. I viewed a rental that is listed as 2bed 2 bath. When u viewed it, it was beautiful and perfect until... you get upstairs and the "second bedroom" is a den of with no walls to ensure privacy and qualify as an actual bedroom. A den and a bedroom are completely different things!!! I'm extremely disappointed and I will be avoiding all PRS rentals in the future for their false advertising, for wasting my time, and hiding all these unnecessary and illegal fees. Get it together.
