  • No one showed up!!! My husband stayed home from work waiting for tiger air to show up for our furnace tune up and no one showed up or called. I called the office and they are just an answering service that takes the same information you already gave them to set the appt., so they didn't know what was going on. I did get a call back from a technician with a story on why they were not there yet well past my appt time so we'll be going with another company as tiger air is unreliable. It took a couple days to get the service scheduled because the live person you get to talk to is just an answering service that can't schedule an appt., so if the technician calls you back to schedule the appt and you aren't there, you have to call the answering service back and give all the same information because that's not stored anywhere. The answering service is antiquated and not valuing your customers time by not showing up or calling is ridiculous. Now after waiting 3 weeks for my appt., I will be trying another company.
