  • Was very shocked at how down hill the Palms had gone. It used to be THE place (8yrs ago). Now it's dead & from talking to a few staff members, has been a disaster since the Maloof's got out. Went with a few friends who love to gamble. The waitress came & took our drink orders promptly. There must have been a total of possibly 40 people, including staff... & it took the waitress 30mins to bring 4 people drinks at the ONLY table in the entire casino that had a game going. Sad to see a place that was once a 5 star go down to negative.
