  • Where do I even begin with this little gem.. Checking in is a nightmare. Every time I saw the line to either check in or check out, it was backed up all the way into the hallway where the shops are. If you haven't figured out the express checkout on the phone then your in trouble. The Parking garage is AWFUL. Floors 3-7 are open to hotel guests, floors 1-3 are reserved for "grand vacations" or valet parking. That leads me to the next note. Valet parking is worse than the parking garage -- if that's even possible. You'll circle the garage 10-15-20 times and see a ton of open spaces on the reserved valet floors but the line to valet is 50 cars deep. Are the valet people just sitting around picking their noses? Park at the Cromwell and walk over.. you'll save about 3 hours of your time. The "Spa elevators" are on its last leg. Every time I got into one I thought for sure we were going to get stuck and breakdown. There's no air conditioning in the hallways of the room floors either so don't stay here during the summer! They DO NOT offer late check-out whatsoever. Never have I stayed at a place that wouldn't even give 30-45 minutes complimentary. The West gate gave us 2 hours complimentary .. stay there people! This hotel is SUPER crowded (likely because it's fairly priced and its directly in the middle of the strip but its not worth it.
