  • 1/2014 We tried Many Japanese ramen noodle places in Southern California , this one is called: ton lotus with pork, wild mushrooms and thin noodles, and it's by far the best. That's it, nothing else to add. 2/27/2015 Still the best ramen I EVER had. No further comments. 7/17/2015 Alert ! Monta Ramen fell to 2-nd place in a taste test, crowned by Santouka Ramen in Mission Viejo, California. Who would have thought of that ?!! 2/17/2016 Monta ramen still stands second to Santouka Ramen in Mission Viejo, BUT don't be deceived, it blows out of the water most ramen joints around Orange County , CA, and the ramen noodle joints on the strip in Vegas don't stand a chance. Way to go Yelp :) 9/22/2017 Their spicy miso soup is still dope - if not better than last time....
