  • I went in for a routine 6th month visit and cleaning. I'm relatively new to AZ and this was close to my home and work. I should've been sceptical when I received a phone call saying I needed to reschedule due to a conflict. Then received a second call stating I needed to reschedule only to be called a third time to end up with the same appointment time and date I originally had. When I got to the office I was greeted and everything started out ok. The hygienist and the assistant where great and made me feel comfortable. They did x rays and then an exam. This is where is got strange. I went in for a cleaning and exam. They told me I would have to come back for a cleaning, (which they told me the cleaning I needed was not covered by my insurance and would take 2 visits) at another date and came up with a dental plan. I had a crown placed in December at another dentist in TX. They told me this needed to be replaced. I had 1 others that I have had for 3 years which 3 other dentist had no issues with that needed to be replaced. Needless to say I left and I still need to get a cleaning and now find a new office. I later found out from my roommate, who also went to the same dentist, that she had issues as well ( I'm sure she'll write her own review.) with not only bed side but also paid in full at the time of service and later received not one but two bills for the same paid in full procedure. If you want a dentist that is just in it to take your money and you like to get work done and redone that is not needed, this is your place. I would not recommend this practice at all. Vary disapointed as this was close to home and close to work.
