  • Not happy with this facility. After moving to the area I needed a GP. I called this location and the first woman I tried to schedule an appointment with was very rude and not helpful. I ended up calling back and speaking with another woman who took all my information and scheduled me. I ended up seeing Dr. Bhatia (sp?). She was nice, but I had to come back for a follow up appointment in one month. It's now been over three months since I've been able to get back in. It's nothing serious or life threatening, but it's real annoying and frustrating that they've called and cancelled my appointment TWICE the day prior because the Dr was going to be out. They don't have a lot of appointments in the early morning or in the evening so rescheduling was a hassle. I work 40 miles away, so I can't just take off work in the middle of the day for an appointment and then head back to work. I'm an understanding person, and I realize the Dr is busy, but because I'm being rescheduled I feel they should be able to accommodate me a bit better, rather than just rescheduling it another 2 months away. I will now be looking for another GP.
