  • Arrived for my 7:15 AM appointment for my 2015 Dodge Dart SXT due to multiple issues & I've only had it for about 6 months. It's been over 7 hours & my car is still chilling outside in the parking lot waiting to be worked on. As soon as I arrived, the service advisor Cesar kept trying to convince me to leave my vehicle here & just get a rental. I made the earliest appointment possible, hoping that it would be fixed & ready to go by the end of today. I know it may take longer to have the issue fixed, which is understandable. Except, it's been here for over 7 hours without even being looked at!
