  • Earned a comp'd stay through MyVegas & it was perfect timing for my husbands birthday! Everything was comp'd, including the resort fee, which made our little situation better (read further). Checked in on Thursday 12/15. It was easy and quick & I liked that the lobby was away from the casino madness. I forgot the name of who helped us, but he was very friendly and gave us coupons to use by the end of the year. We stayed on the 17th floor w/ a strip view. Our room had 2 queen beds and overall was a good sized room for us. We were able to park a jogger stroller comfortably & still had extra room. The bathroom was also a decent size and had a modern touch w/ the marble counter tops, shower and bath tub. The bath tub was deep enough to fill the water up to our shoulders! Lol. The night of our stay, we had dinner and ended up just hanging out in the room since hubs was sick. We would've gone to Downtown Summerlin or bowling, but we chose to relax. However, around midnight, the neighbors across from us decided to throw a party. They were extremely loud! Constant yelling, slamming doors, and playing loud music. We didn't complain at first because we were still awake. Around 2am, my husband called the front desk for a noise complaint. By 3am, it was still going on. I called two more times and by the third call, I was upset! This was very frustrating! We were trying to sleep! 3:40 was the time when security and management FINALLY came up to talk to them. And thankfully, they stopped. We were able to sleep in peace now! Beds were comfy and pillows were fluffy! Overall, we would come back. The hotel & our room were clean. We love that there are many choices of places to eat close by. Lots to do for entertainment such as movies, bowling, kids quest, arcade, and of course gambling. Downtown Summerlin is just a short drive away as well. Service from those we encountered were very friendly and helpful. Next time I hope we get lucky w/ quiet neighbors lol.
