  • I set up an appointment for today & IT WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL experience I've ever had (& I've asked help from the guys sitting outside of Home Depot before!!). I get a call from an extremely irritated & RUDE man named DAWN (?), that he had been sitting outside the gate for 10 min because I DIDN'T GIVE A GATE CODE when I set up the appointment last week.(hey, genius! You waited 10 minutes because you didn't call & ask me 10 minutes ago!!!) As soon as I gave it to him, he HUNG UP ON MY FACE. I called the store to reschedule because I didn't want that man in my house. I'm alone with a child & no exaggeration, he was scaring me. & the woman said "we don't have anyone else, because HE'S THE OWNER! Wow....
