  • Many of the ones that I mention The Old Fashioned to always commented "very Wisconsin." Well, I don't know exactly what that meant, but I was most impressed by the cheeses. The Cheese Curd was really good. We also had a platter with 3 different types of cheeses. One was cheddar; the other one had a beer flavor; I forgot the other one, but they were all very good! If great cheese is what is meant by "very Wisconsin," then I am all for it!
