  • I am so impressed by Diane at the front desk of this hotel. This is my first stay here. I am in town from Santa Barbara visiting family for my great niece's high school graduation . My son booked online to save money. Diane worked hard to obtain a wonderful upgraded room for 20$ per day on a sold out busy weekend. I am very happy! She is hard working and kind. That kind of service is so appreciated. I already feel welcome. She is even going to call us when our room is ready. Way to go Diane
