  • Don't do it! They make so many empty promises! They will tell you whatever you want to hear but don't deliver! I was promised a refund on my down payment until I could solve some temporary financing challenges on my new home. They never did and once the shutters were installed, one broke. I would expect them to come out and fix it because of the life time warranty and although they will tell you they will fix it, call you back and that it is covered under the warranty, nothing ever happens! I should have known it was a red flag when e-mails to their company e-mail address kept on bouncing back and they told me to use a Yahoo account. The sales guy will tell you whatever you want to hear but completely disappears as soon as you hand over the money. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars somewhere else and get what you pay for. I cannot believe this company continues to be in business. It's been a frustrating 6 months dealing with them, so unless you have too much time and enjoy chasing what you paid for, go somewhere else!
