  • We contracted with Beltman for our move from cave creek to Delaware. Our mattress was shipped on the tailgate of the truck through rainstorms and arrived soaked. Our boxes arrived crushed and smashed. Heavy duty boxes we went out of our way to purchase. The contents hanging out of the boxes. Plastic storage bins crushed and contents damaged. Missing items. And all the help I can get is a link to file a claim. And pay a deductible. I have to pay for irresponsible contractors and stupidity. Who puts a mattress outside the truck in the rain? And Mark is silent. No offer to compensate. Or help resolve the claim. No phone call. No email. Nothing now they have been paid.
