  • (not sure if this is the correct franchise - I called 412-793-9200 - but this is the closest to my house, so I'll put it here) Suspected a blockage in the line going out to the street so I put in the call on a Saturday afternoon. They promised a 4-hour response time; Ryan actually got there in about an hour. I explained the situation, he decided what he could do (and what he could not do), and we came to a price. He snaked the line, clearing things, and ran the camera down the line so we could both see how things looked. The service call was just one part of a bigger project at my house, but this part of went well, went quickly, and was reasonably priced. I'd call them again, no question.
