  • A little gem on the south side! We took a trek across the valley and came to this park for the very first time today. I've been wanting to stop here for quite sometime and the weather is perfect outside today. There is a trail that goes around the playground and up on some rather jagged, steep hill(s). It's really a paved sidewalk. There were a lot of people out this afternoon, adults and kids alike. The playground was a big hit with T! So many different areas to explore and there's a wide variety for various age groups ranging from the little ones to the 12+ crowd. One thing that should be mentioned is there is a leash rule for dogs aka no playing fetch. There is also no fenced in off leash area for dogs. Security is kind of 'tight', which I appreciate. I will definitely make the trek out here for another afternoon park date!
