  • I would advise anyone interested in taking classes to pass the state real estate exam to consider other schools before this one. I did my 90 hours and failed their test twice. I did well in college and enjoy learning new things, so I didn't think this would be nearly as difficult. I have not had the heart to go in and retake the test, and will have to pay another 100.00 to do so since my 6 months is up. The instructors are rude and publicly humiliate students, they often contradict each other, and the classes do not prepare students to pass their test. Honestly, the whole experience was like dealing with a cheshire cat-nothing was ever straight forward. You have to fill in prepared half written notes, you can't see your failed exams,and then they expect you to pay more money to buy extra books,cd's, and pay for more classes just to pass the test you already paid them to help you with. Filling in notes doesn't sound too bad except the intsructors move way to fast, and like I said, they often contradict each other. Why can't they just give us complete notes so we know what to study and what the correct answers are??? Out of 47 night students 2 passed the school test. Of course, one of the instructors told us it was all our fault because we didn't do our homework. Yeah right! I did my homework! Not to mention a good portion of the night students were well educated with successful careers who should have been able to pass that test if everything was more straightforward.(If someone can pass the bar I think they should be able to pass a real estate exam!!) Waste of time and money!! Read the not reccomended reviews on here as well, because I didn't at first, but they are right on.
