  • The claim representatives are irresponsible and very rude. Especially Keisha. 8182123697 She mentioned about giving a call back and she has not informed me about the estimates being sent to Body Shop. She sent the incomplete estimates for the repair. Without including the windshield which has been damaged in vandalism. Windshield has been damaged over the night in parking and I say the car has been vandalized, and she says it is not a vandalism as if she was present at that moment when the incidence happened, how can be so sure about that, you have to trust the customer in some situations. When i say it was not the case in evening and i see the windshield being damaged during night hours, she has to listen to the customer than trying to conclude the investigation without having proof of the incidence reported. I already lost 4 days, and I am working remotely from home. With the dependency on vehicle I guess they are not concerned about the goodwill with customer in market. And they are more about making money from customer as business is all about.
