  • We decided we would try Studio B out in 2015 after it was voted the best buffet in Las Vegas! It's about a 15 minute drive from the strip, and because it is so far, it's not too crowded inside and has a pretty relaxed vibe. Ever since 2015, we have returned when we were in the mood for AYCE in Las Vegas. We do still love and highly recommend this buffet as the quality of food here is so much better than most of the buffets we've tried on the strip. I'm not a red meat eater, but my friend who has also frequented the buffet with me has been disappointed each time we've returned as the quality of prime rib had noticeably decreased. He used to be so excited to come to Studio B specifically because of the quality, AYCE prime rib, but on our recent visit this March, he was yet again disappointed. I will say that the number of meatless options at Studio B is unreal!! There are so many yummy greens, salads, pasta salads, pastas, and they have even added a small section of Indian cuisine which really hit the spot. My highlights this trip were the chana masala, basmati rice, and the orange chicken. There is also an open bar, endless wine, screwdrivers and mimosas-need I say more? And last but not last, my favorite part of every trip to Studio B is the dessert counter! They have such a wide variety of cookies, cakes, mousse, and even the occasional macarons. I tried the lemon macarons this time and they were so delicious! So hard not to go back for seconds, and as we were leaving we saw that they switched out the flavors of macarons. The carrot cake was also bomb! The dessert counter is not complete without the gelato, which is a MUST for me, so incredibly creamy and delicious, not to mention so dangerous! The dessert counter also has a latte and cappuccino machine that my whole party enjoyed. All in all, Studio B is totally worth the price, they have remained competitive in prices while still providing great, quality food. The selection is HUGE and can be overwhelming but it truly has something for everyone. Over the years we've noticed that they have switched out their selection and added new dishes which is great since we get to try something new each time.
