  • We came here today looking to book a birthday party. The vicinity seems nice enough for those who qualify which apparently we don't. I asked for management because their customer service desk was closed until 4 (it was about 2) so I spoke to management at the restaurant which I was told by staff could provide me more info on party bookings for kids' birthdays. They do in fact do birthdays however when I asked if they do skate rentals he said "you don't have skates? The kids don't have skates? Why are you even here? If they don't have skates then they don't know how to skate." I looked at him in disbelief because he basically just dismissed me because somehow because we don't own skates then we don't know how to skate and we deserve to be asked why we're even there. For the record, we're trained figure skaters... But off to Reptilia we go.
