  • The service group will not call you back or provide updates on repairs. You can try to call them but you'll be dumped into a voicemail and no one will return the call. My car has been with them for 3+ weeks and I received one call on the repair status. The one status call I received estimated my car would be ready last Wednesday or Thursday. Maybe they completed the repair but, as they don't communicate, I have no idea if the car is ready. I expect to make multiple calls today and hopefully I will reach someone
