  • This place lacks customer service. I was never notified about any billing fees or issues before any appointments. In addition to this they waived a fee supposedly then tried to add the fee later. I caught the mistake and Kat didn't apologize but rather try to justify some service fee they were charging me. Be diligent and know they have no integrity in the service they provide.
